Refund and Returns Policy

At BoiMart, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and reliable. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility:

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong book or wrong order.
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• You received a different item than what you ordered.

To be eligible, the product must be:

• In its original condition
• Unused and unmarked
• Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

2. Return Process:

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
• Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a return or exchange at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy:

• If a refund is approved (due to stock-out, incorrect or damaged product), it will be made via bKash/Nagad to the number you provide.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
• No refund is provided for change of mind or if the product is not returned in acceptable condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Books that were delivered correctly and in good condition.
• Orders where the return request is made after 2 days of delivery.
• Minor issues such as printing variations, small creases, or packaging dents unless the book is unreadable or heavily damaged.

5. Exchange Policy:

If eligible, you may request a replacement for:

• Wrong or damaged books
• Defective printing

In such cases, the correct book will be resent based on availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
